Refund and Returns Policy, At Polkadot Chocolate Bars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 15-day return policy on online orders if you are not. You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on sending your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.

Reservations For events that require a reservation (e.g., Afternoon Tea, Fondue, Tasting Class), cancellation or change requests must be made at least one day before the event for a full refund. We are happy to reschedule bookings on the same day if another time slot is available. Please note that same-day cancellations will only be refunded 50% of the purchase price to cover the cost of goods and labor involved in the preparation of these experiences.

Exchanges The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
